About Lindsay
Lindsay is preceded in the industry by her parents Denise Holmes & Robin F. Koth who have been selling real estate for over 50 years in the Madison Area. As a family, they work in residential & commercial real estate and property management. She prides herself on being hard-working, friendly and easy to talk to, and routinely going above and beyond for her clients. Whether it be helping clients move furniture or walk a dog during a showing to help with Seller's schedules, she is not afraid to jump in and help out anytime. Being available morning, noon and night are key is this business to set yourself apart.
In her free time, you will find her on the golf course, ski slopes, or out on the lakes in Madison. Lindsay and her husband, Adam, have two daughters and two dogs who keep them busy. She has a strong passion for sports and traveling. She enjoys volunteering on numerous committees and boards of which include: First Tee of South Central Wisconsin, Wisconsin Junior PGA Foundation, The MACC Fund, Big Brother Big Sister of Dane County, Underdog Pet Rescue, and Edgewood HS Alumni Association.
Proud to say she was born and raised in the Madison area and went to Madison Edgewood HS. Lindsay attended the University of Colorado-Boulder and lettered on the varsity golf team for four years. After school, she worked for the American Junior Golf Association as a Tournament Director and traveled around the US & Mexico running golf tournaments. This lead her to join the Men's & Women's Golf Teams at Florida State University as Assistant Coach & Recruiting Coordinator. She spent two years in Stockholm, Sweden working in sponsorship sales for a corporate events company conducting conferences around Northern Europe, prior to coming home. She was on the team who launched, the now resident, PGA TOUR Champions event upon her return to Madison. She is happy to be back in her hometown among family and friends pursuing a career she loves.
