I decided to ask the owners for once, what they loved about this farm. "It's simple and efficient. I can milk 180 cows by myself. Ross also appreciates not having to deal with pumps for the manure since it's gravity fed from the barn into the manure pit. It's built for cow comfort with larger stalls and flex stalls for bigger cows and plenty of space for them in their pens to move about. I've always thought the barn looked impressive with the windows and starwood trusses. We also built with future expansion in mind (there's an overhead door on the west side of the barn that would be a connecting walkway between an additional barn). Easy access and plenty of power.
