Astor, grew up in Miami Florida and graduating from the University of Florida, he then moved to Atlanta for ten years before relocating to Madison 18 years ago. Astor has 30 years of experience in contract negations and he is recognized as a strategic leader with a reputation for tenaciously protecting his client’s interests. Additionally, he is bilingual - fluent in both Spanish and English.

After a successful career of 36 years which involved various positions for the State of Wisconsin, I began selling Real Estate in 2003.  While I hadn’t intended on starting a second career, that’s exactly what happened.  With each passing transaction, day, week, month, year…I continue to love what I do!  There is something incredibly fulfilling about helping a Seller negotiate a successful sale in order to move onto their next home, and there is nothing better than seeing the light go on, and excitement wash over a Buyer when they find THE HOME for them.
