MLS Public Remarks  There are two parcels of land included in this sale 004-1214-2044-020 (1.012 acres) and 004-1214-2044-002 (.416 acres) both have water frontage - 020 has access via the inlet and 002 had actual lake frontage on BD Lake. 002 has a deep swale on the south end (see floor map). Both properties are at about 890 feet sea level,which is about the same as others in the neighborhood although water does sit on parts of 020 due to run-off from neighbors. Might need some fill. Most survey markers are in and the property has been perked for a mound system on the north end of 020....nothing done on 002
