The Business Services and Referral Division of Bunbury & Associates Realtors® offers a rental assistance program for transferees who prefer to rent.  Our program is the perfect corporate solution to help employees get settled quickly, reduce the stress of moving, and often eliminate the need for temporary housing.  We offer the following programs but are also available to customize rental assistance for specific needs. 

Full-service Rental Program

• Personalized relocation packet with rental guides
• Counseling to determine needs
• Scheduled appointments
• Escorted rental tour and community overview
• Follow up and community settling in services, i.e., utility hookups, recreational, shopping, school information and more
• Fee-based

For those transferees wishing to do their own research and scheduling for appointments, we off a "self-help" rental program that includes:

• Personalized relocation packet with rental guides
• Telephone or in-office counseling
• Follow up and community settling in services
• No fee

The Business Services and Referral Division does need a minimum of two business days to schedule rental appointments and arrange escorted tours with one of our rental team associates.
